Experience / Qualifications and Skills Required :-
Minimum years required – 8 – 10 years
B.E. /M.E. / M.Sc. / MCA from a reputed institute
Excellent knowledge of Java/J2EE, Databases like MS SQL/MySQL/NO SQL and framework like Spring.
Microservices using Spring Framework , Understanding of Gateways , Load balancers , Service Discovery
Excellent listening, writing skills and strong technical competency are essential
Manage a team of Software engineers and Senior software engineers
Should be able to do Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Application Performance Tuning, Transaction management etc.)
Contribution/ participation with open source technologies is a plus
Exposure to high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance is an added advantage.
Responsible for the development of the assigned module individually.
Should be able to work in small teams on aggressive timelines and ensure quality deliverable
Should be able to analyze and troubleshoot issues in production
Should be able to communicate with stakeholders and realize requirements as software designs
Should be able to understand IT infrastructure and help DevOps team
Working with docker setup is a plus.
Angular or React is a plus
NO SQL experience is a plus
